Michael Chambless grew up in a small town just outside of Fort Worth, Texas. He graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Wildlife and Fisheries Sciences and spent several years in the western United States attached to research projects. After a stint in Nepal as a Peace Corps volunteer, he embarked again overseas to pursue his veterinary degree in western Australia at Murdoch University, graduating in 2011.
Dr. Chambless initially began his veterinary career as a mixed practitioner but began to gravitate towards dogs and cats. He practiced in a busy clinic east of Dallas before recently making the move to North Carolina. When not in clinics, Dr Chambless enjoys being outdoors with his amazing family and exploring all the ice cream shops along the way. He looks forward to meeting you.
